Ingredients
- jaggery - 2 cup grated
- peanuts - 3 cup
- ghee - 1 tablespoon
Preparation
- Sabse pehele peanuts ko agar raw hai to, ek pan me halka fry kr lo bina tel ya ghee dale , halka brown hone tak use bhoon lo.. phir uske chilka red colour jo hota hai use remove kr le or peanuts ko hath se masal le thoda sa..
- Ab ek pan leke usme jaggery or ghee dale or melt hone de or sath me use chlate jae , dhayan rhe flame low to medium rakhe.. jab gud acche se melt ho jaye to ek test kre.. ek glass me paani le, fr usme thoda melt jaggery dale or fr pani me se uss gud ko nikale or hath se tode.. agar tootne hue vo toffee ki tarah kadak se toot jae tab to gud tyaar hai but agar gud strech kre to iska mtlb thodi der or pkane ki jrurt hai.. varna aesi gud patti daanto me chipk jaegi khate time..
- Ab ek tray ya plate le usme thoda ghee lga k chikna kr le..and jab gud tyar ho jae to usme peanuts dal de or jaldi jaldi chlaye or gas band kar de or bina time waste kre use plate me dalke spoon se achhe se spread kar de kyuki abhi mixture garam hota hai to spread ho jata hai acche se, make sure ki mixture thanda na ho jae islye use immediate plate me spread kre.
- Ab ap chahe to belan ki help se bhi use spread kr skte hain, uske liye belan me thoda ghee lga le fir spread kre..
- At last use knife se apni man chahi according shape me use cut kr le.. thodi der fridge me rkhe, jisse vo puri tarah set ho jaye..
