Hello friends.. i am soni.. aj mai ap logo ko ek sweet dish bnana sikhaugi jo ki bilkul halwai style me hogi.. dosto hm sab ko gajar ka halwa bahot jyada pasand hota hai.. winter ka seasonhai or time par carrot ka season hai..to almost sab k hi ghar me iss season par gajar ka halwabanta hoga.. vese to mostly log jante hi hone ki kaise gajar ka halwa bnaya jata hai.. but market jesa halwa nhi ban pata hai..chaliye koi baat nahi.. iss recipe ko dekhne or try karne k bad comment box me likhna ki kaisa bana hai halwa.

Ingredients


  • carrots 
  • ghee 
  • sugar
  • milk
  • khoya
  • dry fruits such as pista, kaaju, badam ( agar dalna chahe to )


Preparation


  •  sabse pehle gajar k chhilke ko utaar lo, or dono side se thoda sa cut kr lo jo hard portion hota hai, fir achhe se dho lijiye
  • ab gajar ko grater ki help se grate kr lo matlab kaddukas kar lo.. friends agar ap grate nhi karna chahte to, gajar ko chote chote tukde karte mixer me thoda grind kr do, fine mat kr dena.
  • ab ek pan ya kadai lijiye use gas pr medium flame par rkhiye, usme grated gajar dal dijiye (yaad rhe gajar ka pani nhi nichodna hai okay friends), or isme half glass milk daal dijiye or high flame me milk sukhne tak bartan cover kar k pakne dijiye, or har 5 min me use check jarur kariye.
  • jab milk pura sukh jaye to usme 1 tablespoon ghee daliye or 1-2 minutes chlaiye , after that sugar apne tast ke according add kariye or achhe se chlate jaiye, 1 minutes pakne dijiye.. at last isme khoya mila dijiye jitna ap pasad karthe hain , 1-2 mintues chlaiye or fir kte huye dry fruits daal dijiye..
